We develop great businesses through our suite of services including Venture Capital, Merchant Banking and Advisory Services.

Greendrop Capital is split into two segments: Investments and Advisory Services. Greendrop Capital Investments manages a portfolio of small cap equities and private placement deals for high-net-worth individuals with a high-risk tolerance. Greendrop Capital Advisory Services provides consulting services for innovative companies looking to expand operations, raise capital, and/or go public.

The overall mission for Greendrop Capital is to support and grow our client’s companies and wealth through cutting-edge strategies, unique opportunities, and valuable insights from industry experts.

The Team

Jeffrey Mashregi


Mr. Mashregi brings over 12 years of executive leadership in scaling international companies across multiple verticals, including: Esports, Food & Beverage, Fintech, Telecom and Software. Most recently, Jeff served as COO for a mobile subscription platform where he managed a P&L of just over $100 Million and led growth and expansion into 16 countries, resulting in an acquisition by a subsidiary of SoftBank Group. During his tenure, Jeff was able to secure lucrative partnerships with major global telecom providers such as Sprint (now T-Mobile), SoftBank and Vodafone in addition to partnerships with content providers and brands such as Electronic Arts, mixi and Capcom.

Kyle Sarwal


A self-made, motivated entrepreneur, Kyle Sarwal started his first business while in his formative teen years. His passion and expertise in technology allowed Kyle to found KS Systems in 1999, now known as LinkPoint Technology Group. In addition to his technical expertise, Kyle also provides support to several clients in their business building efforts regarding innovative growth strategies. Nearly two decades of entrepreneurial work has enabled Kyle to build a steadfast portfolio of successful projects, both in the private and public sectors.

Ajit Johal


Ajit is a graduate from the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy program and has been a practicing pharmacist in the lower mainland since 2012. As a community pharmacist, he works in a number of clinical areas in primary care including mental health, respirology, and immunizations. He has led and implemented numerous primary care innovation projects. In 2014 he was named UBC practice educator of the year, for outstanding leadership. In 2016 he was awarded the New Practitioner award by the BC Pharmacy Association for his outstanding work in the profession. In 2018, he established the BC not for profit organization, “Immunize.io” an organization dedicated to improving global immunization rates. He is also a clinical instructor for the University of British Columbia Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences Program. Where he is the psychiatry and neurology lead for the flexible doctor of pharmacy program at UBC.
